What forms of payment methods are available?
We accept, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, PayPal. and
National parks pet policies are
very restrictive. Your activity with your pet in the national parks will
be limited. Example: no pets are allowed on trails, or the trams.
National parks prohibit leaving your pet unattended in the
campground or trailer all day. We also need to be sensitive to our
customers who may be allergic to pets. We are very sorry, but for the
reasons above, we have adopted a No Pets policy. The deposit will be kept
if any evidence of pets is found in our trailers.
What is included in my trailer rental?
A coffee pot, toaster, wine bottle opener, Dust buster and broom. We
provide all cleaning supplies, one complimentary roll of paper towels, 2
rolls toilet paper, and dish soap. Our standard trailer rentals do not
include linens or bath towels. All necessary electric and sewer hookups.
Does your RV Trailer Rental come equipped with shade awnings?
No. Due to strong unpredictable winds all awnings have been disabled. We suggest you bring your own shade or select a campsite with adequate shade.
What do I need to bring?
suggest A patio mat (to keep dirt out) pillows, bath towels, and
sleeping bags (or, sheets and blankets), foil, ziploc bags, plastic
containers, cleaning wipes, bug spray, trash bags, and a cooler (for
extra storage). Cooking and eating utensils. We do offer some extra
items for you convenience you may wish to have us deliver, Patio Mats

Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do have a $500 security deposit. However, this amount is not
charged to the customerís credit card. We keep a credit card on file in
the event at the end of their stay, there is damage done to the trailer.
The customer will be notified if there were any damages and notified as
to how much they will be charged.
there a cleaning fee? (Important)
renting a RV. This is not the same as staying in a hotel. If the
condition you receive the trailer in is different than when you return
it. Then YES you will be charged. This includes cleaning the Toilet,
sinks, showers, tubs, counters, doors, blinds, screens and floors etc.
If these requirements are not met, the customerís credit card on file
will be charged a cleaning fee. If you do not have time you may wish to
purchase our cleaning service for $69.00. Final walkthrough will be
preformed by our cleaning service AFTER trailer is picked up. If the
condition is the same then your security deposit will not be charged. We
take pride in the excellent condition of our trailers and expect you to
treat and care for them as if you owned then. ie: close the windows if
there is a dust storm etc. We provide all cleaning supplies for you.
What are your
check-in and check-out times?
Check in is
between 11:00 and 6:00 p.m., depending on location and check out is
between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., depending on location. Call our
reservation office for details. We do charge stand by time as per rental
agreement. (Reminder) We are 1 hour ahead of Las Vegas time. Please plan
for traffic as well as your gas and food stops accordingly.
Is there a minimum number of
Yes, we have a 3-night minimum stay on
non-holiday weekends/weekdays and a four-night minimum on all major
holiday weekends/weekdays, which includes:, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
and Labor Day.

Can I pick up the trailer
and tow it myself?
No, not at this time.
Once the trailer is delivered and set up, under no circumstances can the
trailer be moved. If there is a problem with the trailer, our delivery
driver needs to be notified immediately. If a trailer is moved,
appropriate legal action may result. We may offer self-tow rentals in
Is this similar to a hotel?
No, you are renting an RV. Zion Trailer Rentals is not a substitute for a hotel, motel or a condominium. Keep in mind these are trailer rentals. Our goal is to enhance your camping experience and provide shelter from the great outdoors. Because we do not have a lobby that is open 24/7 for check-in, we do require an exact arrival time for your delivery date.
